It was a very rewarding experience. The check in process was easy, and the tasks were straight forward. I loved the kids.

In October, I volunteered with the Morehouse College Graves House Council to help produce their annual haunted house event. This was such a fun and memorable experience! I love working on a team in order to produce things on a large scale. I am so happy that I decided to help.

During the fall break, I went back home to speak at my old CTE school. I had a good time connecting with my former teachers and answering the students' questions regarding college. After speaking to the class, I could stay back and individually connect with students. I even had the pleasure of helping one of the seniors secure an internship for the upcoming spring semester! It was a very rewarding experience.

I had so much fun going back to my old high school to speak about applying for college and my HBCU experience! The students were very engaged and had a lot of questions. This definitely something that I would like to do again.
