All in all, despite Angel's effort to be clearly detailed in her instructions, the experience felt a bit disorganized, or maybe a bit disoriented. I made the mistake of going to the front/main office to "check in" or something of the like but I found nobody there. I then walked in farther and found a person that hardly spoke any English but he was nice enough to tell me I had to go to the end of the row of buildings where a trailer was already loaded up with a bunch of blocks. What I did not realize is that those blocks (in the trailer) were the ones that are already truly really spent, smelly, and ready to be trashed. Also, climbing into the trailer was a bit more challenging than I expected and wondered how other folks were going to manage. After a few minutes, someone opened the lift door to the building/warehouse and was wheeling out some shelves with the mushroom blocks that were ABOUT to be thrown away and it was those that we were there to pick up. But that person said absolutely nothing. As I said above, overall just a bit disconnected but I can't really fault Angel or CTX Mycology for that. Now that I know exactly what to expect, I won't be so lost next time.

Thank you for sponsoring/organizing this. It is a worthwhile effort.
