At the GLO Forward event, I was able to volunteer with adolescents and help them learn about skin care, hygiene, self-care, confidence, and creativity. I thoroughly enjoyed this event as I was able to give back to those younger than me empowering them and give them a new self-outlook.

Today I volunteered with aggie source and maintained the neatness and cleanliness of the food pantry, hygiene rack, and clothing rack.

I spent my time preparing for and hosting the Spooktacular Basket Making Service in which we made goodie bags that were given to local children in the Greensboro community.

Went to Brown Recreation Center and assisted young children with homework, taught them valuable life lessons with activities and skits, and developed personal relationships through freeplay.

Decorated 8 postcards that will be sent out to residents of North Carolina in order to encourage them to vote on Election Day.

Had the opportunity to sort and hang clothes that will be placed in the family market for infants all the way to teenagers to buy.

I was able to give blood to help save lives of those in need!
