This has been a nice tradition post-race for the past couple of years. Whether we race the day before or not, or are volunteering to skip next years lottery or not - picking up trash is a nice way to unwind and give back to the communities that open up their roads for us. Trash happens - and I know a lot of community members aren't thrilled by cyclists. This volunteer opportunity is just a great way to be good stewards of the land and responsible participants and organizers of endurance races.

It would be good if we could leave the bags on the side of the road for a proper hauling vehicle to later pick up. My vehicle was really ideal.

Also, sharing emails of the other volunteers on the section so we could coordinate before hand, and aren't duplicating efforts.

Thanks for the burritos!
