Learned about the HNIP program, which helps students find internships in federal positions.

Reminded me on the expectations and goals for my semester:

In this meeting, we discussed different events happening in April. We also brainstormed different podcast ideas, met an SGA representative, and discussed further collaboration.

We worked on preparing the soil for new plants. Took out some weeds from tills and filled the rest of the plant areas with new soil.

During these hours, brainstorming, editing, and feedback were given on upcoming projects. We discussed future community service events that may happen around and outside campus. Also, we took the time to get feedback on editing for the upcoming Owl News insider.

During the meeting, I was able to better understand the basics of python. I also met new people related to my field of study. For example, there were people in IT, Computer Science, and Cybersecurity.

In the transfer fair, I learned about many options available after graduating from PGCC. For example, UMD usually has a program for easy transferring, but since I'm in STEM, getting into their tech program is very competitive.
