I didn't know that we could use the scholarship team as a way to verify our hours when we were unsure of who the verifier could be. The session was informative and a good refresher.

The session was a good way to ensure that I was prepared for the end of the semester and reminded me to take some final steps, such as checking my hours, registrations, and other requirements.
The soft skills workshop helped me learn how to recognize and use soft skills through real-life examples. The interview videos were helpful because they showed common mistakes people make, so I know what to avoid and how to act more professionally.
I was surprised by how some CE Programs were so short, especially pharmacy technician and dental assistant. It makes sense that many students take these programs before their other courses, due to the direct entry into the career field in a short time.
The Medical Assisting programs stood out to me because of the versatility. It covers many different aspects of healthcare clinically and administratively. It relates to many other allied health programs and can be used as a stepping stone.
The SGA Town Hall Q&A provided a lot of new information about events that I wasn't aware of. I also learned some more information about some of the students currently running in SGA.
The Health Navigator program was interesting to me; it reminds me of public health but on a more personal level. It's a necessary career field that allows those in it to help their communities directly.
I didn't consider Respiratory Therapy at first, but the program and career field look interesting. I also liked how it was mentioned that many people from other programs switch to respiratory therapy. I also didn't know that they now make more than those in RAD.
The session was informative, especially the student questions. I appreciated the mention of other modalities and how the repetitioning process works.
Something that stood out to me was during the discussion, when someone asked about doing multiple programs at once, and it was said that all allied health programs are rigorous and require the same amount of time. This is something that I overlooked, and I hope it will allow me to plan better and make a more thorough decision on which program is best for me.
