I volunteered from both 9-11 and 1-3, I got to pack books both times. I loved getting to see everything that was donated and getting a chance to help people in need who may not have had access to such resources otherwise.
I was sorting books and it was amazing to see the number of books that were consistently donated. I love getting to sort the books knowing they will be going to someone who needs them and helping with their future.
I was sorting books this day. I loved getting to sort books as it helps me realize how much I am helping the students in Africa. I get to see and sort all different kinds of books and it is great to know that I am helping people with their futures.
I loved getting to sort books. It helped me feel like I was making a difference in someone's life, knowing I was providing them with the gift of knowledge through books.
As I was sorting books, I got to see just how many were donated. It was nice to see how many books people or places donated to the cause. There were so many different kinds of books, from pre-k level all the way through college, and many for the levels in between. I enjoyed getting to see how much everyone donated to help the kids in Africa get an education.
As I was packing boxes, I was able to see the kind of books we were sending over to the kids in Africa. It made me happy to see just how much of an education I was able to help provide them, even with just my own simple task of loading the books into the boxes.
It was simple and I loved knowing I could make a difference in some kids' lives.
