For this volunteer event, I was able to join like-minded young women in an effort to create care baskets for those in need during this holiday season. We were able to sort all our items and create the baskets and bags efficiently. The ladies who organized it from Word of Faith even had breakfast for us, which was extremely kind and appreciated. :)

This was a community service event where we brought items to make care baskets for those in need. We also wrote encouraging letters for people throughout the community that will receive the gifts.

I really enjoyed this experience. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back to help!
