End of Semester Spring 2026 (mandatory meeting)

I attended the End of Semester Spring 2026 mandatory meeting where we reviewed accomplishments, discussed expectations, and prepared for upcoming opportunities. The meeting helped me stay informed, strengthen my communication skills, and remain engaged with my program and community, I had forgot a little bit of the requirements so I definitely needed this to refresh my memory!

    PGCC Baseball vs CCBC Catonsville

Being at the PGCC vs. CCBC Catonsville game, you could really feel the intensity from the very first pitch. The energy coming from both dugouts and the reactions from the crowd made every hit and every defensive play feel that much bigger, especially as the momentum kept shifting back and forth between innings. PGCC definitely showed some solid flashes of strong teamwork throughout the game.

Adulting 101 (Personal Wellness - Mini Session)

I really enjoyed this session, majority of what was talked about is what I usually do on a normal basis when I have questions or concerns with my professors or anyone for that matter. I feel like this session helped a lot of students because there's many that might not know how to effectively or respectfully communicate with someone whether it may be with a professor or somebody that's professional. Adulting 101 shows you how to properly speak to people in person(verbal) and non-verbal, which was a good help for me and others as well.

GivePulse Demo Training (Mini Sessions - Personal Enrichment)

During this mini demo training on how to use GivePulse, we learned how to navigate the platform, track our service hours, search for volunteer opportunities, and submit our involvement for approval. The training helped me understand how to properly document community engagement and made sure I know how to use GivePulse and enlighten me on some the important things I forgot about Givepulse but after this session I can confidently say that this was helpful to stay organized and meet my service requirements.

PGCC Baseball vs Erie Community College

The PGCC Baseball game against Anne Arundel Community College was a great experience and really brought people together. It was cool to see students, faculty, and people from the community all come out to support our team. The energy in the crowd made it feel like everyone was genuinely invested in our student-athletes, and it was a nice break from the usual routine on campus.

The fair was really resourceful I got see a lot of colleges and talk to instructors, which was very informative. I was really glad that came to the fair to not only learn about my school that I would be transferring to but also other schools that I didn't have in mind.
