This was a great experience as we got to pack/organize clothes, baby necessities, and food!

On Thursday, April 16th, I was able to volunteer with an on-campus organization Student North Carolina Association of Educators, as we were able to help 4th grade students in afterschool tutoring. This was an amazing experience and I would love to visit again!

On March 12, 2026, I was able to attend a service initiative by Miss ALD from 4-6pm. During the service, I was able to assist in helping Hot Dish and Hope provide hot meals to those in need.

This initiative was designed to provide North Carolina A&T students with an opportunity to serve the greater Piedmont community while developing instructional leadership skills and engaging middle school students in meaningful Black History Month learning experiences.

As part of this experience, participating students collaborated to design and deliver original Black History lessons for middle school students. Each student was responsible for engaging in
preparation, collaboration, and classroom instruction to ensure an impactful and engaging learning experience for students.

On November 24, 2025, I was able to assist multiple students in preparation for the math section of the Praxis Core. From covering topics such as geometry, algebra, to probability, I feel confident that students will ace their Praxis Core.

On November 21, I was able to help one student prepare for the Praxis Core math test. We worked on probability, percentages, LCM, and ratios.
