I attended the Virtual Career Fair Series!
We're I was able to meet with employers that attended the Friday's event.
We met with companies looking for part-time or full-time workers and this was the perfect chance to connect directly with employers.

The event was Virtual Interviewing Success Tips
I learnt how to make a strong impression for job companies that would come to the virtual career fair and how to do well in virtual interviews.

I attended the SMART Goals & Vision Board Social.
It was an event that taught me how to SMART goals and in it I learned how it's important to not just have goals but to implement and put effort into any goal I set

It was the mandatory refresh meeting, and we learnt on the new policies and further instructions to go on in the program and all of the program requirement.

This was for the scholarship recovery -SSP and we were shown ways we need to do better to remain in good standing with the program. And it was beneficial that way we don't lose our scholarship.

We learnt new things in regards to the requirements we need for the next semester and were told that our hours are due on the 16th and that each semester that will need to submit progress reports too

I learned in regards to how to add hours on my give pulse , and how we are supposed to know use our school emails. I also learned how to effectively at my impact hours and to search for any volunteering opportunity or events at this school that I can use on the give pulse app to add in my hours

I learnt how to plan early makes everything easier, especially internships, resumes, and spring program and that networking doesn’t have to be scary, even small conversations at any future events can open doors.
