Helping at the Fall Festival through face painting and translation was a rewarding experience. It allowed me to interact with diverse attendees while offering a creative service. Face painting brought joy to many, and translating helped bridge communication gaps, ensuring everyone felt included. I gained valuable skills in community engagement and teamwork, making the event more accessible and enjoyable for all.

The experience offered valuable insights into teamwork and community spirit. Reflecting on it, I felt inspired by the collective energy and dedication of everyone involved. Constructive feedback would include enhancing volunteer coordination to ensure even smoother operations for future events. Overall, it was memorable!

Carol Hernandez  2 years ago I completely agree with your suggestion to enhance our volunteer coordination, Paola. Improving this aspect is crucial for streamlining our operations and ensuring future events run smoothly. By fostering better communication and organization among our volunteers, we can maximize their collective efforts and create an even more impactful experience. I am committed to focusing on this improvement and will actively seek out team members who are interested in assisting with these efforts. It was a pleasure working with you! Be well.
