Jennifer gave to Austin Rowing Club
It was organized well and pretty straightforward. The Austin Rowing Co staff was super helpful and we had a blast helping to clean up! I think they (or City of Austin) should do that more than once a year, maybe once a quarter. It's unbelievable how much trash gets accumulated on the shorelines. I would totally do this volunteering effort 2-4 times a year, to help "Keep Austin Beautiful". We want our guests and visitors to have a 'clean' impression of Lady Bird Lake, so let's aim for more frequent collective clean ups!
