Enjoyed greeting the finishers, hearing there stories, and congratulating them on finishing the ride. I would say that the first shift needed the number of volunteers but not certain that was the same with the second shift as there were fewer riders coming through during that time.
Ended up helping out as a Drug Testing Chaperone for the first hour or so of my Finisher Item Helper. Enjoyed greeting the finishers, hearing their stories, and congratulating them on finishing the ride.
Enjoyed working with the Lifetime media team. Not sure if a volunteer was needed for the morning shift but enjoyed working with the team and providing any support that I could.
I talked with three different Lifetime employees with none of them knowing what the Expo team should be doing. I ended up helping out with rider registration for my 4 hours.
