I enjoyed the presentation because it taught me how important it is to recognize stress and manage my responsibilities. I learned that taking breaks, staying organized, and asking for help when needed can make things easier. I think it was helpful and gave me ideas I can use in my everyday life.
It was helpful to be reminded about the scholarship I received last year. The refresher helped me remember the requirements I need to meet in order to keep my scholarship and continue receiving its benefits.
