Glad the aid station was added. Ran out of liquid (as I am sure you have heard) and most gels/chews. Next year double the amount of water and supplies. Also, consider designating a "head volunteer" for the aid station. Someone who can quickly make a decision (like getting more water before running out). Just someone who can decide and act on behalf of all volunteers to save time from group think. Also at the first aid station the racers have not spread out much. Therefore many racers all came in near the same time creating a bottleneck. More liquids in more containers would have helped.
