VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Laurel’s Edge needs volunteers to help serve a sit down “restaurant style” Thanksgiving dinner to the residents on Saturday, November 23, 2024.Volunteers will dress in white shirts and black pants and serve the residents, dinner, drinks, coffee or tea and deserts. Then we eat dinner and do the dishes. If you would like to volunteer or need more information, please call Katie at 770-514-1573.
Who: Laurel’s Edge subsidized senior living apartments residents
What: Serving a no cost, sit down, restaurant style holiday dinner to the residents
When: Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 4:00 pm -8:30 pm
Where: Laurels Edge, 3950 Frey Road, Community Room, Kennesaw, GA 30144
Why: To give residents who may not have the means or ability to have a restaurant type experience and/or a proper Thanksgiving meal.
How: Through donations, fundraising and volunteers, we make this amazing experience possible.

To all our volunteers:
Thank you for registering to volunteer. I will need some volunteers to come at 4:30 pm to help set up and serve. Then if you can come at 6 pm you can help with cleaning up and dishes and packing up everything. Preferably if you are serving, try to wear white top and black pants, but it is not required.
