I truly appreciated the love and care that this group showed for senior citizens. I arrived early and helped set up with Fran, who shared her passion for the community and how it genuinely makes a difference. I had the opportunity to talk to a few residents, and they expressed their gratitude and excitement for the event.
It was an amazing experience to help serve and set up this community Thanksgiving as well as meeting a lot of amazing people along the way, I hope to be able to participate more in the future.

This was such a great experience to be apart of at Laurel’s Edge. We were able to give the residents there a formal dining experience where they could social, eat, and just get out of their rooms for a few hours. I loved speaking with the head coordinator’s mother about my personal endeavors and our shared struggles. It was so heart warming.
