Winter Break Buff Break Boxes Meal Preparation and Distribution

Register to assist with our Winter Buff Break Boxes Meal Preparation and Distribution Event! 

The Basic Needs Center's Feed the Stampede Program is partnering with Saint Aidan's for a grab-and-go meal distribution event to support our Buffs throughout the Fall Break. From 4:00pm-7:00pm on December 16th at Saint Aidan's Episcopal Church, our team will be passing out fully cooked and prepared holiday meal to 100 CU Boulder Students. 

Volunteers can choose between two different shifts to help us with this event: 

Meal Preparation: Volunteers will help us cook food items and set up the space for distribution.

    • linguine 
    • red sauce 
    • salad
    • hot chocolate
    • apple cider 
    • meatballs
• Meal Distribution: Volunteers will check in students who have registered for a box and fill boxes in an assembly line fashion

***Parking will be available for all volunteers at the Saint Aidan's parking lot.

All volunteers must read through the USDA "Volunteer's Guide to Food Safety" document when registering. As a volunteer, you are agreeing to adhere to all the guidelines set by the USDA.
