2022 Leadville Trail Marathon & Heavy Half

Beautiful place to volunteer for and in red race! It was great!

The thing that impacted me the most was the good will I felt from the local residents/businesses in the community, they were happy to see us. Secondly the Race event was well organized as a volunteer and race participant. Everything was great on Saturday.......the weather/race crew/fellow racers the only negative was my personal performance I "crashed" early so it made it a long painful day, but a bad day on the mountain is still a good day. No DNF here.......Looking to next year, Howard
