Beautiful day

Picked up a ton of trash - almost none of it from racers! Definitely left the course better than we found it. Cleaned the entire course. Not sure if that was the plan as I guess some others only did sections, but that was my understanding and I was happy to get in the miles.

Lots of confusion about when and where to meet etc.

Fun to be at the finish line most of the time!

Enjoyed working the finish line aid station. Great people. I would recommend different colored bibs for the 15 and 50 mile races.

Worked with a great crew of volunteers. Stayed for the finish and watched some amazing runners make the cutoff. Really appreciated the free meal, swag and kudos that our race organizer provided - very thoughtful.

Recommendation:
Maybe provide a cheat sheet for volunteers that contains an FAQ with questions that racers and spectators may ask. i.e. How does the raffle work? Information with general station preparation, food safety and a “formula”, how much food/water and ice may be needed. Just my two cents - thx!
