It was a wonderful day that just flew by! Met a lot of wonderful fellow volunteers and helped get people back out on the course. Getting the athletes to just eat while we went to refill bottles and get them more food/liquids so that they could get going sooner was a rewarding feat. The aid station leader, Darin, was the right guy to have at Winfield. He knew the area, knew the race and was very organized. Great at getting everyone efficiently working together.
