Everything seemed to be helpful, printed out Runners Guide, huge map of course and tracking info helped. This booth seems to get better every yr.
I am donating my hours to Eli McMillan. I was told u guys can do this on the back end.
General feedback on the races: I think you guys should use social media more. Clearly there is a desire for people to know what’s going on, and not just with the leaders. If you notice on one of the very rare posts, there were over 4,000 views. This is telling you something. You should promote the #LT100 more and encourage people to post pics/videos. I know it’s hard to get a signal in some spots, but you guys have an army of volunteers at aid stations. There are plenty of crew sitting around waiting. Encourage them to post. People are curious about what is going on and this is a chance to engage them more.
I always love volunteering for the drop bags. This year was different logistically than other years, with the location changing. There were some miscommunications (such as trucks picking up the bags), but it ran relatively smoothly.
