It was a wonderful experience to assist with the North Cobb Regional Library’s yearly garden cleanup and touch up for the spring season. We cleared out any dead or old plants and weeds, then added new soil and spread mulch around the plant beds and rest of the garden. We even created a walk/pathway to the garden! I had a great time knowing that I am making a difference in the local community by being involved in something very meaningful and valuable to everyone. I can’t already wait for next year’s Day of Service!
