Holiday Heroes Project

I wrote a letter to the Iron Rakkasan regiment while hanging out with other ULN students. The cookies were also delicious.

I was happy that I could give some holiday cheer to some of those who probably deserve it most

I, along with my fellow ULN '17 and '18 cohorts, wrote letters to our troops. We gathered together to support and honor our troops by sending them encouraging letters as well as holiday greetings.

I loved seeing how many people showed up to write a letter for our troops. It was a great experience being surrounded around people who care so much and were willing to take the time to show these troops how important they are to our nation and the world.

I really believed that this was a great event to get everyone from ULN together. I thought that writing letters was a great idea to let many know of there great services and how appreciated they are. The people and location really set the mood for a great time. I hope that this is something that can be done yearly.
