Volunteers will receive a t-shirt upon check-in and should plan to wear that t-shirt for the duration of their volunteer shift. If you attend an in-person training you're welcome to collect your t-shirt at that date/time but will need to wear it to the event as we will not have extras.

| Description | Volunteers are paired one-on-one with guests to help them prioritize and navigate the services provided. Volunteers assist with filling out the guest intake survey form and accompany guests to different service areas. Volunteers should plan to stay with their guest from the time the guest arrives to the time the guest leaves. If a volunteer finishes with one guest before the end of their shift, they are encouraged to assist another guest. Please note: Guest services is split into two shifts but if you want to extend your time as a guest service volunteer please feel free to stay. |
