At this invitational, I was able to proctor the roller coaster event and see some really cool designs from home schoolers and high schoolers. I have a better understanding of the roller coaster event and rules. This was fun!
It was great getting to know more people at the trash pick up event. Not only did I do a good thing for the environment, I also got to know my ULN peers better.
Today I got a chance to meet more people from the roller coaster team as well as the wind power team! These kids are really smart, and I can't wait to see them succeed!
I was able to meet with one member of the roller coaster team. We simply discussed the structure of the roller coaster and our plan for the future, which includes having video chats and meeting up on Wednesdays.
This event has showed me just how easy it is to save energy at any time anywhere. It felt good knowing that I am a part of something bigger than myself when I am saving energy for a more efficient world.
