Too many volunteers left before the tear-down work was completed. The volunteer shortfall was well compensated for as the crew from the catering supply company was very efficient in loading the tables and chairs.
The client I assisted needed so many services that getting them all done required the full day. The good news is that everything that was needed, such as legal issues, were accomplished. He left the building with a HUGE smile -- he would soon have his vision restored with new glasses!! Yes, it was a very good day!
The leaders were well prepared and there were extra copies of the event floor plan which made setup go smooth and steady with minimal issue resolution required.
Next year, please remind those working set up or tear down to wear gloves as protection.
