    Work Day at Stillhouse Hollow

    It was a good productive afternoon of clearing out and cutting tree limbs in the Preserve. We got quite a bit done, but we wouldn't have gotten as much done without the efforts of the two PARD Rangers and their three Ranger Cadets. They were amazingly good hard workers.

    It felt good to help clean up the park, but it also reminded me how some people can be so selfish and leave it to others to pick up their trash.

    It was a well organized and well coordinated between NWACA, PARD the Parks Board and the Parks Foundation. The volunteers were treated well and thanked for all their hard work by NWACA, the District 10 Parks Board Member and by the PARD Assistant Director.

    It was well organized and run very well. Everyone there was friendly and worked together very well and everyone worked very hard. Even the young boys worked very hard.
