Emily gave to Honors Colloquium II | CRN 1328
Today, I attended the worship service at the Church of the Brethren with several of my classmates to fulfill Pastor Amanda Bennett's request that we do so before we begin our community engagement work. After a wonderful service, several of the community members came up to us to welcome us to the Church. We were then invited to attend one of their spiritual formations; I chose the discussion on Christian nationalism, a sociopolitical issue the congregation is focusing on for the next few weeks.
