I attended "The Love Lab" event last year mostly to get an idea of what relationships are like, how people interact with each other, or how they want to interact. I am glad I decide to attend both event as they have given me the insight I needed. My take a way is that communication is key as well as spending time together. And although this applies to romantic partners this also applies to other relationships that I want to maintain or build.

I attended the refresh feeling a little anxious about what is expected of me for this semester but after the event and the Q&A I feel a little better. I think for this semester I will try harder to complete all the requirements especially when it comes to my classes.
I attended this event in person at UTC not knowing much but after this event, I am more educated on this history of Black Americans. I had no idea that Jim Crow was based on a caricature. Even though I did not win the first or second round I am happy that I attended.
I attended this event in January mostly to learn if there is any new rules or resources available for Promise students especially students like me who where in academic recovery. I remember completely this but I guess it never saved. When I attended this event, one of the new things I learned is that we would be getting the $1000 book scholarship again this year. Unfortunately due to miscommunication with the bookstore I was not able to use most of it.
During this semester and due to limited class options, I had to take my calculus class remotely even though I wanted in person. I was anxious about this course, which is why I went to this event. I have had numerous remote classes before but never one for a difficult course before. Attending the WOW event helped me, specifically with time management. I learned that I needed to have tutoring sessions, a planner with all the important deadline, and communication with my professor. This helped me feel better about handling the class and made me more confident in stepping forward.
With the help of the DISC assessment, I was able to find out hat type of personality I have when it comes to leadership. This has helped me figured out that I may not like being a nurse and would fit more into a business management setting or a business owner. I am very happy I attended this event since it gave me more insight on what my career path could look like.
During the beginning of the semester, I was feeling a little off about what I wanted to do for this semester. That was one of the reasons I wanted to attend this event, I wanted something that could give me a refresh on resources that PGCC offers. Because of this event I decided to dive a little into clubs to see if there is something I like.
I did not have any classes today due to the upcoming end of the spring semester and it's final exams week. I attended this event because I had the time and it was fun and relaxing, there were not many people here, but there were snacks and entertaining music. I was able to finish homework and get a head start on my summer project.
Unfortunately, I was taking my final exam so I could not attend earlier but when I got there the event was still going on, and there was still some food. The even was very chill for me I got to relax and review some of my final exam questions. The event also offered tutors which was great for people who needed them.
At the other Clay Club events we typically make something out of clay, I have made a basket, a table, and a jewelry box, but for this event, it was a little bit different. Instead of making something something we got to paint a flower pot and had a minor discussion. I found out that this was the last Clay Club for this semester, but there might be some event in the summer. I was able to finish painting my flower pot and was able to plant flower seeds.
