Another well staffed event. It tasted far better than it looked. I think we served 130 plates and 40 made some kind of facial expression about it. Also, people kept asking for salad dressing which was already part of the salad and was actually heavy because it was Italian. By 6 the line had died down and past 630 people were showing up for food after service was closed.

The acceptable of this meal over last nights meal was astounding. It was a slice of ham with a chicken curry sauce, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. The only condiment needed for this dinner could be a dash of salt. So many people were looking for some sugar for their grapefruit but we couldn't provide it, but I can give them relish for their grapefruit, ham, potatoes, or broccoli.

This is definitely a Sunday meal that you can serve another round Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday without getting tired of it.

Today we served up Mongolian Beef which actually originates from Taiwan. The broccoli cuts could have been larger to make it seem that wholesome vegetables were a big feature. Had a lot more requests for a slice of bread given they didn't want rice or ground beef. With staff and volunteers, dinner service was efficient and seemed like a breeze.
