Tonight's speciality was Buttered Chicken even though many of the patrons asked where the chicken was. It was in there and it was succulent. It was complimented with steamed zucchini.

Another great night of service. Loaded french fries with meat, and salsa and salad. One variety of salad had ranch dressing and another had vinaigrette dressing. Before dinner service, I was recognized with a "VIP Volunteer" choker with my name prominently displayed.

Served up some yummy macaroni, hamburger with melted cheese on top.174 patrons were happily served. It was a warm meal on a cold night (10 degrees). The crew tackled all challenges with ease.
