I had a great time today at yells. I helped kids read and got to help them with more stuff I am learning in my math class that they are also learning.
I had a good day today at yells helping the kids write apology letters and helping them with their homework. I am still figured out how to use what I have learned in my education classes to best help their kids with their homework.
I had a great time today helping the kids with their homework. When I was working with pod 2 I noticed that they are learning how to use the base ten system to count and I am learning that in my how to teach math class. It was great to make that connection and apply it outside of the classroom!!
I worked with Pod 1, the first graders. We did a fun leap-day activity!
