I suggest reorganizing the provider check in sheet, as it was very hard to locate people quickly and get them checked in. I also noticed that we were checking in groups multiple times since we were working off 4 separate sheets. I suggest alphabetizing the list by provider name, then splitting the alphabet by number of volunteers ie: a-f, g-k, l-q, r-v, w-z. This would make it easier to locate people on the list and avoid duplication.
