For next year, would like to see that the Guest Services volunteers keep their clipboards when they check out a guest and that they then pick up a new guest packet at the check out station so that they can get right back into the queue for the next guest. Based on this year's experience, that seems like it would be more efficient.
Would also like to see some sort of list indicating where each type of volunteer should go once they've checked in. There were some we weren't sure of.
Sounds like we were able to help a lot of people this year! I would love to see some stats from this year's event once they're available!
