This mini session surprised me as the host correlated other unknown forms of financial wellness in this session, he shared interesting facts, especially regarding reward systems like gaming but not allowing to exceed 30 minutes and building reinforcements in financial literacy health in other areas

I learned a lot from this meeting about what people go through whenever they are facing financial issues in their life before or in college. I learned that doing activities like going outside, doing relaxing things, or reflecting on the things I have done can help me let go of stress about things I worried about.

From this financial wellness meeting, I also learned that money problems can stress people out so much before and during college that it’s hard to focus on schoolwork, which is called “cognitive tax.” The speaker said doing relaxing things like going outside or reflecting on what I’ve done can help me let go of that worry. He also connected money to mental health and showed how being careful with finances now can stop stress later.
