Mr. Heath talked about finances and different financial situations. It as really eye opening to see how some people struggle but are still putting in the work to go to school. Also, it let us know about the financial empowerment center and different opportunities it offers. It was good.
In this meeting, I was able to understand the importance of being financially smart and have a back up plan with money because you’ll never know when an emergency will occur.
This mini session was about what course we could take that matches our nursing major and people asked questions they had about some of the nursing programs they talked about
Joining Financial Wellness is a great opportunity to learn different ways to cope with school and finances, and we learn about their impacts.
For this one I remember the presenter was a male who wanted to encourage us to use the school's financial empowerment center. :D

It was a great learning experience from Mr. Heath . His insights on how you can make your money work for you as a student really motivated me . Imbibing an abundance & strategy mindset in response to systemic cost of living was something he mentioned that I really caught on . Great session .
