2021 Leadville Trail 100 MTB

I think this is an excellent way to give back to the race and the community and as a guy who wants to ride in this race next year, the experience was exceptional. The communication was great once the crew leaders had been assigned but fell short in the weeks leading up to the event which I now understand to have been caused by permanent personnel issues (employees leaving who were assigned these tasks). Something to think about in the future is secondary responsibilities for management so things don’t get siloed and missed when someone leaves. I had a great time volunteering and enjoyed the people I worked with both as volunteers and as employees of Lifetime. Thanks for the opportunity! I know you all put in a lot of hard work to make such a great event so successful with the challenges you had all across the board. Great Job Lifetime!
